WATERTOWN, S.D.—It looks like 2019 will go in the books as the second-wettest year on record in Watertown.

The National Weather Service in Aberdeen says thru November, Watertown’s precipitation total for the year was 32.34 inches.

The all-time record is 40.04 inches in 1977.

Watertown saw .59 of an inch of precipitation in November, which included 3.1 inches of snow.

Aberdeen had 17.7 inches of snow in November, including 14.3 inches on the 30th.
