PIERRE, S.D. – Gov. Dennis Daugaard has requested that all flags in the state be flown at half-staff from 8 a.m. until sunset on Friday, April 29, to honor the life of Terry Redlin (pictured).
The iconic South Dakota artist passed away on Sunday, April 24, at age 78. Public visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT on Friday, April 29, at the Redlin Art Center in Watertown.
